We got great value for our money with a free upgrade to an amazing ocean suite that exceeded our expectations. The location was breathtaking, and the staff at the hotel, from check-in to dining and entertainment, treated us like royalty.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to the airport and right on a long beach with reasonable sand. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool and brand new upgraded facilities. The breakfast served was delicious and sufficient. The staff was exceptional, with personal service and a friendly and helpful attitude. They remembered our names and preferences, making us feel welcome and catered to. The Dive Shop Center was particularly impressive, prioritizing safety and providing attentive service during water activities.

Throughout our stay, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and had a great attitude. The food and drinks were good. The location is incredible, with beautiful beaches and crystalline waters. The facilities were awesome. We were greeted with a complimentary upgrade and a three-course dinner. The pool was beautiful and the ocean views from our room were amazing.

Sheraton Resort & Spa on Tokoriki Island is perfect for those wanting to be close to the beach. The warm welcome with singing and shell necklaces set the tone for a relaxing stay. The private pool in our room was a beautiful touch, and the overall grounds were lush and tropical. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the amenities, including the pool, lounge chairs, bar. The food at the main restaurant was delicious, with a rotating menu that kept things exciting. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional customer service and attention to detail. We felt like VIPs throughout our entire visit.

We had an amazing time at the resort during our honeymoon. The staff, like Beverely and Levania, went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was mind-blowing, especially the coconut fish, and catered for gluten-free diets. The beautiful resort had a peaceful atmosphere, a lovely pool, and a well-equipped gym. Our spacious room was comfortable with a generous-sized bed and a lovely shower. The staff were friendly, musically talented, and created a warm and cheery atmosphere. a very enjoyable and relaxing stay!

The resort's staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. The beachfront villas with plunge pools are worth the extra cost for an amazing ocean view. The food options for vegetarians are plentiful and reasonably priced. The rooms are clean and comfortable with outdoor seating areas. There are plenty of activities available, including snorkeling right off the resort's beach.

I had the most incredible time at the resort. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Special mention to Amini, whose soulful voice on the guitar every night created a truly magical atmosphere. Villi, my guide to Fijian life, made the village tour the highlight of my trip. The staff, including Masana, Aqilia, Irijineta, Mimi, Joe. And let's not forget the best massages ever!
