The swimming pool is great and perfect for relaxing after a long day of business meetings. The rooms are spacious and the beds are fairly comfortable. The hotel provides good internet connectivity, even in the pool area. Valet parking service is exceptional, offering great convenience.

The location is not as accessible to the venue as expected, especially for business purposes. It requires a long walk, which can be challenging when carrying show items and wearing high heels.

The location was convenient for my meetings at the Expo. The hotel itself was stylish and beautiful, with a great rooftop pool that offered amazing views. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff provided excellent service, from the helpful front door men and concierge to the attentive waiters at breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious, with a variety of options for breakfast and a daily dish with local ingredients. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, especially at the uncrowded pool area.

Wonderful Mexican Hotel

I had the most amazing experience at this hotel! The breakfast hours were longer than usual, so I never had to worry about missing out on the delicious buffet. The local families that come to the hotel added such a vibrant and festive atmosphere during breakfast. The concierge was extremely helpful with local travel recommendations, and the laundry service was top-notch. Although the carpet in my room was a bit dirty, the rest of the room was comfortable and cozy. The wireless connection worked perfectly, and the business office was a great convenience. Plus, the hotel was even willing to change my US money to pesos! I had an incredible Mexican experience and highly recommend this hotel.

Great location near the expo halls and related venues. the room rates were affordable and the quality of the hotel was excellent. the room was spacious and came with complimentary water. No luxury, but better than expected.

Although the hotel was mostly good, there were a few minor drawbacks. the shower had evidence of rust, which needs attention.

The quality of the room was good and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. the hotel's location near the plaza expo was convenient for my purpose of the stay. Additionally, the hotel had a nice pool where I could relax and cool off.

The hotel is not very close to the city center, so if you are looking to explore the city, you may have to take transportation. the corridors could benefit from new carpets, as they seemed a bit worn.

The view from the room was amazing, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Plaza Expo. the breakfast served in the panoramic setting was delicious and plentiful. the hotel also had a swimming pool on the top floor, which was a great place to relax and enjoy the view. the location of the hotel was very convenient, especially if you are attending any events or meetings at the Expo center. It was also close to a stop of the tourist bus, making it easy to explore the city's points of interest.

We were denied a late check-out and had to use a shared hospitality area to shower, which was not private. the water in the shower was cold and there was no hair dryer provided.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of delicious options, including freshly squeezed juices and local dishes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.

The location for the events in the Expo is good, Staff is very nice and helpful. Conveniently located close to the Expo centre. Excellent value for money. Loved the swimming pool and running track on the roof. Small but very nice gym.

We had a great stay at this place! The location was perfect for our business needs. The pool area was super relaxing and not crowded like other hotels. The rooms were stunning and very spacious. The staff were excellent, offering services like room service, car hire, and tours/ticket assistance. The amenities in the room, such as ironing facilities and a dining table, were amazing. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.

The only downside was that the hotel was not within close walking distance to the venue, but it was easily accessible by other means. we highly recommend this hotel for its great location, amazing rooms, and excellent service.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location on the main tree-lined boulevard was perfect, with a Starbucks just down the block. The service here was exceptional, from the room service to the car hire. The staff at the check-out were friendly and efficient. The room amenities were great, with everything I needed, including an in-room safe and tea/coffee facilities. The dining options were wonderful too, with a fantastic restaurant and bar/lounge area. The swimming pool and outdoor area were a highlight, and I enjoyed relaxing there. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was a bonus. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.
