This hotel exceeded all our expectations in terms of luxury and exclusivity. the service was impeccable, with attentive staff catering to our every need. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, offering a wide range of treatments, including body scrubs and wraps, beauty and waxing services. the outdoor saltwater pool was perfect for a refreshing swim, while the sun loungers on the sun terrace and in the garden area were ideal for soaking up the sun. the restaurant provided delicious food, with options for special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area was great for a cocktail. the location was perfect, with easy beach access and a picnic area/tables for al fresco dining.

While it was advertised as having live entertainment and a leisure/TV room, we found the entertainment to be lacking.

The serenity of this resort is unmatched! From the welcoming staff to the pristine surroundings, it exudes tranquility. the gardens, restaurants, and facilities were immaculate. the dining experience was a highlight of the stay, with every meal being exceptional. the location is stunning and offers breathtaking sunsets. an undisputed standout for an escape vacation.

For the amount charged for the stay, the room and housekeeping standards were not of the expected high quality. the attention to detail was lacking, with furnishings, tiles, and window treatments in need of repair.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a tranquil and peaceful location. The rooms were clean, large, and comfortable, with attention to detail. The hotel offered a great mix of activities throughout the day, and the food choices were excellent, with regular changes. The staff were amazing, taking care of all our needs with maximum availability and courtesy. We particularly loved the private plunge pool, outdoor shower, and hammock in our room. The teppanyaki restaurant and the seafood options were outstanding. The unlimited 3-day spa offer was a great deal not to be missed. it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy our vacation.
