The aqua park was fun, and the water was warm enough to go for a swim. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food, and the coffee was decent. The location was close to the ski slopes and the shopping area.

The apartment was disappointing. It was outdated, and the heating system was barely functioning during the cold Christmas weather. We had to use additional blankets and sleep with our clothes on. Also, the room had a weird smell and the cleaning staff was not very attentive. We had to ask for clean towels and toiletries on multiple occasions.

We had a wonderful time at this place. The location right next to the lake was absolutely stunning. The views were breathtaking and we enjoyed spending time by the water. The service was top-notch, with room service available and the staff being very attentive to our needs. The facilities were also impressive, with a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and even a jacuzzi. We felt truly pampered and relaxed during our stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. The location next to the lake was perfect, and the service and facilities exceeded our expectations.

Spacious rooms, cozy beds, and lovely balcony. Spa with smoke-sauna and outdoor pool even in winter. Convenient local bus to nearby railway station. Good for young children. Fantastic location for sport activities.
