Great location by 5th avenue, in a safe gated community. Fantastic staff, especially Ivonne, who made us feel at home and was always helpful. Spacious apartment with all necessary amenities. Comfortable beds and impeccably clean. One of the best hotel experiences for an amazing price.

The location of this condo is perfect for my family, as it is close to everything but also away from the busy 5th avenue. The beach is easily accessible, just a short walk away. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained, especially the large pool. The staff, particularly Moises and Ivonne, were incredibly helpful and made us feel at home.

Well-maintained place with a large pool and great location. Strict with kids, but units are great. Early check-in approved by Yvonne, who provided excellent hospitality. Pool was perfect, and cleaning lady Lulu did a great job. Safe with helpful guards, and beach within walking distance. Will definitely return.

There was no front desk, so it was a bit difficult to find someone to ask questions or get assistance. the pool could get crowded at times, and access to the beach was not clearly designated.

We recently enjoyed a lovely romantic escape at a resort in the heart of Playa. the spacious, luxurious rooms exceeded our expectations, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and a peaceful atmosphere. the resort had an amazing pool with a serene environment and the location was perfect, just a few minutes from restaurants and entertainment. But what we truly loved the most was the beautiful beach, with fine sand and crystal-clear water, which was only a short walk from the resort.

There were a few downsides. We found it challenging to communicate with staff members, who were mostly inaccessible.

We enjoyed the spacious condo with a full kitchen, great decor, and a convenient washer/dryer. The property is secure with gated access and secure parking. The staff, especially Moises, was attentive and returned our lost passport quickly. The swimming pool was a highlight and the beach was just a short walk away.
