I had an absolutely amazing time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The food options were fantastic, catering to different dietary needs like gluten-free and vegan diets. I loved the variety of activities available, from husky sledge rides to snowmobile safaris, all flawlessly organized. The best part was that I could rent cross country skis and snowshoes for free and explore the beautiful tracks for hiking and skiing right behind the hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by stunning nature and offering so much to do. And the cherry on top was being able to see the breathtaking Northern Lights right from my bed at night. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation thanks to the phenomenal team at this hotel!

The location was perfect, offering easy access to various Lapland activities like reindeer feeding, husky rides, and snowshoeing trails. The food at the hotel was delicious and there were plenty of options for breakfast and dinner. Additionally, the nearby Levi ski resort was only a short 15-minute drive away, providing great opportunities for skiing and snowboarding. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable and enchanting stay.

Our Christmas experience at the hotel was amazing. the cabin was cozy and the bed was comfortable, providing a great night's rest. the surrounding snowy landscapes offered a perfect winter wonderland scenery. we enjoyed the convenience of having free equipment rentals available, including snowshoes and sleds.

The lack of dining options was a downside. the limited options for dinner were not up to our expectations, with overcooked food and not much variety.

The location of the hotel provides a perfect winter wonderland setting, with breathtaking views and activities like skiing in the nearby resort. The rooms are gorgeous and offer an awesome view, with spacious accommodations and a unique glass dome for magical northern lights viewing. The food at the restaurant is delicious and there is free coffee available all day for guests to enjoy.

The service at the hotel could be improved, with instances of dragging luggage without assistance and excessive waiting times at the bar.
