We had an incredible time staying at a hotel near Santa's village - it was so convenient! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the attractions and activities. The room was spotlessly clean and the bedding was really comfortable. We loved having the sauna in our room, especially after being out in the cold. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and we enjoyed the peaceful view of the forest while eating. the location and amenities of the hotel made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

The hotel lacked some essential toiletries and kitchen staples, which was a bit inconvenient.

The Hotel is located in Santa Claus village with easy access to the airport and offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful, with soft and clean beds. The addition of a sauna in the room adds to the comfort for two people. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of options for everyone. Calling a taxi is convenient and the hotel happily assists in arranging transportation.

The staff at the reception desk were uninterested and unfriendly. They didn't make us feel welcome or valued as guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with its luxurious amenities that fully satisfied all our needs. the spacious leisure room was perfect for relaxing, while the sauna provided a truly exclusive experience. the bar/lounge area had a lovely atmosphere, and the special diet menus were a thoughtful touch.

We did encounter a minor issue with the outdoor dining area. While the picnic tables were a nice addition, some of the dishes were not cleaned thoroughly.

Stayed in a cozy Aurora hut with a comfy bed, composting toilet, and wood-burning sauna. Perfect for watching the night sky and hoping to see some flashy green lights. Very romantic!

the breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and everything was delicious. the staff, especially Melody, were friendly and always willing to help. the room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the sauna in the room. the view from the full glass window in winter was breathtaking. the hotel's proximity to Santa's Village and other amenities was perfect. we had a warm welcome and a memorable experience.
