Excellent service at Courtyard! We were thrilled with the level of care and attention we received during our stay. Wow, what a romantic escape! The hotel had so much to offer, two complementary facts offered and the key location facts made our stay even better. The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our trip memorable. The room was clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience. We especially enjoyed the spa, which was both relaxing and rejuvenating. a fantastic stay that exceeded our expectations.

Our stay at Courtyard Surat was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided a warm welcome and efficient check-in. Arpita and Pooja at the front desk were particularly helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the staff at the Bistro and Coco were kind and attentive. The manager, James, ensured a personal touch throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we even received a free upgrade to a suite. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure a pleasant experience.

The restaurant served divine food with impeccable service. We thoroughly enjoyed the BBQ facilities by the outdoor swimming pool, which provided the perfect setting for a refreshing evening dip.

The only minor issue we faced was during the security checks, which could have been more thorough. However, this did not in any way dampen our overall experience, as the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met.
