The location was perfect for exploring all major attractions on foot. The friendly staff made it easy to communicate in English when needed.

My experience was far from perfect! The air conditioning barely worked, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep due to heat and outside noise.

The location couldn't be better, step out and you're in the heart of Bordeaux! The room was cozy, clean, and I loved the tiny balcony with a lovely view. Breakfast was a highlight with that fresh orange juice!

However, the restaurant hours were very limited, only opening later in the day. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, which was disappointing. Also, I wish they had free parking for hotel guests.
