This hotel is a real treasure. The staff was extremely attentive and welcoming. The rooms are stylish and clean, and the hotel is located close to the center with plenty of cool bars and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. The rooftop bar offers a great view in the morning. a brilliant experience.

Felt extremely safe, no reason to complain.

We had a fantastic stay at this gem of a hotel. The location is perfect, situated in a very elegant palace on a pleasant square. We were able to walk to attractions like the Egyptian Museum within 10 minutes. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the square. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast in the cozy internal courtyard was delicious, and the in-house restaurant served excellent meals. a wonderful experience.

Occasionally having to wait at the check-in and check-out counter due to limited staff availability.

The hotel is in a prime location, making it easy to get around and explore the city. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and two complementary drinks at check-in was a nice touch. the breakfast was pretty good too with plenty of choices.

There were a few things that could have been improved. the room was not cleaned properly and there were hairs on the floor, which was quite unpleasant.

Great value for the money, with a comfortable and spacious junior suite. The location was perfect, with wonderful views of Piazza Carlina and the Alps. The staff at Nh Collection were friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient.

I had such a fantastic stay at Nh Collection! The hotel's location in the heart of the city made it so convenient to explore all the interesting parts of the area. The interior design is stunning, and I loved the beautiful courtyard. The food at the restaurant was exceptional, and the bar had a great atmosphere. The room was spacious and had a luxurious bathroom. Even though there were a few minor downsides like limited breakfast options and a lack of plugs in the room, the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great amenities and friendly staff. I had a wonderful time at Nh Collection and would love to stay there again.

Here, everything was perfect. This venue is located within an old square that has been beautifully restored and is in the centre of the city, close to all the attractions. The service provided was excellent, with room service available 24/7, and the staff was happy to help answer questions. The room was soundproofed and had all the necessary amenities, including a mini-bar, kettle, and flat-screen TV, complete with satellite television.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this area.
