The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and had great facilities. The location was convenient with nearby shops and a train station. The staff were helpful and allowed us to check in early.

Felt very homey, no reason to complain.

During my Christmas stay, while the complimentary cookies and hot chocolate were appreciated, what stood out were the warm and cozy common areas that provided a festive atmosphere for guests. The hotel’s location near the Christmas markets and within walking distance to several delicious restaurants was also very convenient. The spacious rooms with comfortable beds were a definite plus.

Our positive experience was marred by a lack of privacy. The paper-thin walls made it difficult to sleep in peace, and the cleaning staff entered our room without knocking, which was extremely unsettling.
