The hotel staff provide excellent service and are welcoming and professional.

I had a fantastic one-night stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. the underground garage provided a secure location to store my bicycle. the breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh products. the value for money was excellent, especially for travelers staying just one night. I also appreciated the hotel's proximity to the highways and nearby restaurants. it was a perfect stopover.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the free parking and the friendly staff. the location was perfect for our needs, as it was very close to the airport and the room was spacious enough for our family. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food that satisfied us.

Our room was not as clean as we expected, and there was a bad odor coming from the bathroom. we found the room too hot and we were unable to cool it down.

The location is strategic as a stopover on the way to winter sports destinations, and it offers easy access to the charming local village of Ottmarsheim to explore in the evening.
