The hotel is located on Zaytouna Bay, which is a wonderful location that offers stunning views of the sea. It is also close to the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring Beirut. The housekeeping at the hotel is excellent, with large rooms that are well-equipped with amenities and high-quality towels. The staff provides great service, and the breakfast at the Mosaic is spectacular with a wide variety of delicious options.

One downside is that the hotel may be a little outdated in terms of its décor and facilities.

Great stay, great location and great hospitality! the breakfast and Wi-Fi were complimentary, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel is situated near the marina and there are plenty of restaurants around. the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms could use some updating and there were some minor inconveniences, such as only a few power outlets in the room and poor lighting in some areas. Nevertheless, overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The only minor issue we had was with the room size, as it was small with no sea, facing view. the room was spotlessly clean and equipped with all necessary amenities such as a luxurious bathroom and private facilities.
