We were pleasantly surprised by the brilliant location of the hotel, just a short walk away from major attractions. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Our room was nicely appointed with all the creature comforts and the bathroom had lovely L'OCCITANE products. we had a great experience and would consider staying here again on our next visit.

The hotel had a great location, with a metro stop right across the street. This made it very easy to explore the city and get around. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area, so finding a place to eat was never an issue. The staff at the front desk were also friendly and helpful, offering directions and tips for navigating the city.

One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of amenities. For a 4-star hotel, I was expecting at least a gym or a swimming pool, but there was nothing like that available.
