For the price we paid, the value was exceptional. Our room was cozy and beautifully decorated, and the location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views of the beach. The staff at Moon Palace were incredibly attentive and made us feel like VIPs throughout our stay.

I had an incredible time at Moon Palace in Ocho Rios! The fitness classes offered were absolutely amazing. Johnoy, the instructor, made my workouts so much better than I'm used to at other resorts. He really pushed me and ensured I got a good burn. The classes were challenging, engaging, and enjoyable. I also appreciated the personalized attention during the Tabata class when I was the only participant. Johnoy was like my own personal trainer, keeping me accountable and making sure I gave it my all. He was friendly, personable, and made my gym experience unforgettable. I can't wait to come back for more workouts with Johnoy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay active and have a great time.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel was clean, and the evening entertainment could be improved. Jamaican employees were not allowed to eat in the main restaurant. it was a great stay and we would definitely return.

I recently stayed at Moon Palace in Jamaica for a few days, as both a satisfied hotel guest and a travel agent. The location is my all-time favorite, as I have been visiting this property for years. The staff at Moon Palace are true professionals, always providing excellent customer service. The unique presentations of the food, such as the oxtail in the dutch pot and the Chinese meal prepared by Chef GG, were memorable and delicious. The room service was always prompt, and the live band during Sunday lunch added to the enjoyable atmosphere. I will definitely be returning with my friends soon.

I had a fantastic time at the hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and well-maintained common areas. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a variety of activities available for all guests to enjoy. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and other areas of the resort. Transportation around the resort was convenient, making it easy to explore different parts. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of options. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially AlShane at Pier 8 who made amazing adult drinks for me while I relaxed on the beach.

The meet and greet service was seamless, with a friendly driver who made our late arrival comfortable. The outdoor clay oven pizzas and jerk chicken on the beach were excellent, and all staff were very pleasant and helpful. The beach was beautiful and the sea was lovely. we had a great stay and would recommend Palace to others.

We loved the cleanliness and well-maintained facilities of the hotel. The parking was convenient and the location allowed easy access to outdoor activities like Dunn's Falls. The seafood restaurant impressed us, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay.
