The lack of air conditioning can be quite uncomfortable in warmer months!!! The noise disturbances from adjacent rooms and the street are quite disruptive for a relaxing stay!!! Cleaning policy confusion could definitely improve guest experiences!!!

absolutely disappointing. the room was glimpse of a ‘standard double’ but sooo cramped, it felt more like a closet, not like a hotel. don’t even get me started on the lack of coffee-making facilities! after the discomfort of fixing a bulb, i almost considered a good review, but how can i when i got no special treatment whatsoever for my troubles?

Spent a night away and the staff were choice, heaps polite and welcoming. But the room was small as, no kettle for a cuppa, which was a bummer. Love the quiet spot tho!

Our family enjoyed a delightful six-day stay. The hotel's location was ideal, tucked away on a peaceful street surrounded by charming eateries. We loved the stylish, comfortable rooms and the staff's warmth, especially their fantastic recommendations for dinner. Don’t miss out on the complimentary pastries in the lobby!

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, air conditioning, and no smoking on-site. During my first stay, the staff recommended a place for tasty food, which I still remember. I highly recommend it for the warm and accommodating staff. I'm coming back for a holiday.

Staff are exceptionally welcoming, creating a cozy atmosphere that enhances the experience. The large bathroom adds a touch of comfort, perfect for unwinding after a day out. However, the room sizes can be quite cramped, and the absence of coffee or tea-making facilities is a notable downside. While the location is beneficially quiet, the occasional street noise might disrupt lighter sleepers.

The staff were so accommodating. especially the young woman at the front desk who got us checked in early and gave us directions to the metro. such a lovely start! The breakfast was delightful too, with freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee served right at the table.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff? Incredibly friendly, even went out of their way to hold my room when a snowstorm delayed my plans , which gave me a sense of real hospitality that you don’t get everywhere.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the quality and service, I found it acceptable.
