The location of the hostel is excellent, being very close to the subway station and easy to get to from the train station. It is also conveniently located near metro stations, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable, with each bed having its own light and electricity for charging. The staff is friendly and accommodating, allowing guests to check in earlier to have some rest.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Couldn't stay longer.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. the coffee shop and bar were a great place to hang out and meet other travelers. They had a wide selection of drinks, including both drip coffee and espresso. Plus, the location of the hostel was perfect, right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions nearby.

The cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. the linens were clean, but there were some corners and the bottom of the upper bunk that were quite dirty.

I had a fantastic time at Away Hostel! The staff was excellent, the beds were great, and the bathrooms were extremely clean. Everything in the room looked newly renovated and the entire building had a modern feel. The Wi-Fi was reliable and there was a decent breakfast available in the same building. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring all the touristy locations on foot.

The spacious common areas were a great place to relax and work. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were bright and clean. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I highly recommend this hostel for a memorable stay in Lyon. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Great location in a cool neighborhood, with a Metro station right in front. Plenty of nice cafes nearby. The staff provided excellent service and basic amenities are good enough for the price.

The location was perfect, nestled in the charming neighborhood of la Croix Russe and within walking distance to the Croix-Paquet square. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Separate shared bathrooms for men and women, which were clean and well-maintained. The cafe downstairs serves a decent selection of baked goods and coffee. Courteous and friendly staff, always ready to help. Modern facilities and well-designed bath cabinets. Convenient location close to old town, hôtel de ville, and parc de la tete d'or. Easy to meet people and socialize at the hostel. Excellent granola yoghurt from the coffee shop to start the day
