The street view was nice. Upon arrival, towels were stained, sheets dirty, and TV didn't work. Price unexpectedly increased for an additional night. Staff alleged room was "trashed" despite minimal use. Lights in the bathroom took ages to come on. Insisted on inspecting room for security deposit return. the hotel didn't match website photos. Room was cramped with noisy appliances. Difficulty finding good food nearby. an experience to remember— mostly for the wrong reasons!

The location of Francisco Bay Inn was exceptional, allowing us to easily explore Fisherman's Wharf and nearby areas. the staff was friendly and accommodating, upgrading us to a king room when needed.

The carpets at the hotel seemed greasy and could benefit from a cleaning.

I wish there were tea making facilities in the room for my wife's morning tea ritual. However, the provided coffee maker sufficed.

we had a great stay at Francisco Bay Inn. the room was newly renovated, clean, and well-located in a friendly neighborhood. the manager was incredibly helpful, even offering us a more convenient room for our son in a wheelchair. It was easy to explore the nearby tourist attractions and restaurants.
