The staff, especially Mr. Karim, were highly professional and provided outstanding service. The location was convenient, close to the airport and with easy access to downtown Brussels via taxi or nearby metro station.

I had the pleasure to stay at this lovely hotel during my Thanksgiving holiday, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. the breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel's location was perfect as it was conveniently located close to public transport and various tourist attractions. Lastly, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home.

Sadly, my experience at the hotel's restaurant for dinner was not as great as I hoped it would be. the restaurant had limited options with no à la carte menu and, unfortunately, the dinner buffet did not meet my expectations.

Luxurious stay This hotel is truly a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities meet every need and desire for a comfortable stay. the indoor swimming pool is heated and comes with sun loungers for a relaxing day by the water. the sauna and jacuzzi provide the perfect way to unwind after a long day. the private facilities are exceptional and make for a truly exclusive experience.

One minor issue the only downside of this hotel was the in-room breakfast. While the other meals were exceptional, the breakfast was lacking in variety.
