I had a wonderful stay at Best Western. the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. the room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and good lighting. the facilities were small but in good working order, and I appreciated the coffee and tea provided in the room. the location was perfect, close to the train station and a large shopping mall. a great experience.

Excellent location for exploring the city, with easy access to Part-Dieu, Presque-Ile, and Vieux Lyon. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The WiFi, although a bit tricky to log into, was reliable. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and reasonable price.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was central and super convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of major attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were quick to assist with any requests or inquiries, particularly Romain at the front desk who was always smiling and polite. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the lovely garden view from our window.

The staff was a bit unhelpful and seemed more interested in blaming us for any issues instead of offering solutions. However, this should not deter anyone from staying here, as the overall experience was still positive.
