We had a great stay at the Best Western Plus hotel. The room was excellent in size and very clean. The staff were very nice and the restaurant had great service. We felt secure with the underground parking, especially when leaving our luggage in the car overnight. The hotel is located in a pleasant setting at the edge of a wooded area, which was convenient for exploring the western suburbs of Paris. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The cleanliness of the hallway floors was not up to par and they appeared dirty.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a bus station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Guests can also enjoy beautiful views of the nearby forest from select rooms. Furthermore, the hotel offers plenty of parking spots and has a lovely outdoor space in front of the reception.

One minor downside is that room service does not always replenish the tea and coffee making supplies.

The breakfast spread was decent and the beds were quite comfortable. The hotel also had a convenient location near a shopping mall and a few restaurants. We appreciated the free Wi-Fi provided in our room.

The rooms were overpriced for what was offered, and our first room had a faulty basin plug and noisy ducting fans. The lighting in the room was also flickering and needed to be replaced.
