dream midtown was a perfect base for our new york adventure. the central location, comfy beds, and attentive staff made our stay amazing. we were even upgraded and treated to drinks, exceeding our expectations. the team was top-notch, from front desk to concierge. highly recommend!

Tea-making facilities would've been nice.

I stayed at Dream for a week on a leisure trip. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and entertainment venues. The room was spacious and clean, with great views. The breakfast vouchers were a nice touch, even though I didn't get to try them. The front desk staff were helpful and the airport shuttle service was convenient. They even searched my room when I thought I left something behind.

This place has an amazing location in midtown, with subways very close as well. The staff, especially at the reception desk, should be made aware they're there to give customer service. The restaurant, bar/lounge area, and fitness studio are great. The room amenities, including the in-room air conditioning, hair dryer, ironing facilities, and paid films are impressive. The leisure facilities are also top-notch with services such as luggage storage and laundry.

I highly recommend this hotel with no hesitation.

I was impressed with the hairdryer provided, as it was actually able to dry my long hair. the hotel's location was excellent, within easy walking distance of popular attractions like Times Square, the MoMA, and Central Park. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the shower was amazing. I also appreciated the evening check-ins and the small bottles of water they provided. I loved the friendly staff, the stylish room design, the cleanliness, and the convenient location. It was a great hotel experience!

The location was perfect, with subways very close by, making it easy to explore all the attractions like Times Square and Central Park. The room was newly renovated and immaculately clean, providing enhanced comfort and quality. The amenities in the room, such as the mini-bar and air conditioning, were top-notch. I also appreciated the fast and reliable WiFi connection, perfect for staying connected during my stay.

The staff was helpful in directing me to locations and recommending restaurants. The recently renovated rooms have a comfortable bed, hairdryer, towels, and shower gels. Excellent location with easy access to public transportation. Fortunate to have an upgraded room with a cosy bed and modern, clean bathroom. European feel with small, nicely laid out rooms. Friendly staff and a great rooftop bar. Close to Rockefeller Center and Times Square, making it easy to explore the city and conveniently located for a cruise departure.

Lovely room, spacious and renovated, perfect for a comfortable stay. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient, making us feel right at home. Great location near Central Park and Broadway, with easy access to the subway. Manager quickly resolved any issues and even upgraded us to a suite with complimentary drinks. Food was fabulous, with a fantastic waiter to enhance our dining experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Dream! the staff, including managers Nadia, Natalia, and Donaldo, were incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. Special shout-outs to Kevin, Margaret, and Edwin for their excellent service. Our room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. the shower was a good size with nice water pressure. the location was perfect for getting around and there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We loved being close to 5th Avenue, Central Park, and Times Square.
