Yo, this spot was mad nice, fr! Room was real comfy and quiet. They had some dope in-room bathrobes that caught me off guard. Staff was chill and helped us out when we needed. The breakfast at Serafina was straight, just right for a light start. Gotta say, it made our trip even better being so close to everything. Good vibes!

the room was utterly unbearable, smelling like old pipes mixed with cat litter. i woudl ve been impressed by the fridge, if only it worked. after enduring these issues, i found it absolutely shocking that not a single upgrade or welcome gesture was offered. i almost gave this a good review, but i just couldn’t.
