The spa at Bulgari Hotel was incredibly relaxing and the massages were excellent. The attention to detail by the staff made my stay feel luxurious and comfortable. The location of the hotel was also perfect for exploring the city and indulging in luxury shopping. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and indulgent experience.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is situated in the heart of the city, surrounded by luxury shopping destinations and within walking distance of all the iconic sites. The staff here go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. From the moment you arrive, the friendly and attentive team takes care of every small detail, making sure you feel relaxed and comfortable. The spa is a true oasis of tranquility, and the massages provided by the skilled staff are excellent. The rooms are beautifully designed, with spacious suites that are immaculately clean. The butler service is amazing and incredibly helpful.

There were a few instances where the staff did not meet expectations, particularly when it came to handling mistakes made with dinner reservations. It would have been more satisfactory if a more experienced concierge had been present to handle such situations.

The staff here are super helpful and friendly. I love the Easter decorations and the little surprises they left in my room. The location is perfect for sightseeing and shopping. I also loved the delicious breakfast that I had during my stay.

My room was not clean when I arrived. There was hair in the bathroom and the bed was messy.

The luxurious amenities provided definitely exceeded our expectations. The spa was one of our favourite features, and we found the massages to be incredibly relaxing. The hotel's location was excellent, perfect for luxury shopping and sightseeing. We will definitely be back.
