As a tourist, I loved the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping malls. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was adjustable. The hotel also accommodated our request for three single beds instead of the original bedding arrangement. We also appreciated the close proximity to Central Embassy mall and the convenience of having a 7-11 store nearby.

The location within walking distance in around 3 minutes to the sky walk and sky train was incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily move around this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a nice outdoor sitting area in the internal court and a lovely lobby. The staff was kind and helpful, providing us with assistance from heavy luggage to spa recommendations. The breakfast provided a great selection and was of high quality.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the BTS in Bangkok. the location was perfect, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. the room was nice and had a great bathroom, comfortable work station, and a useful balcony. the pool and gym were also well-maintained and enjoyable. the staff at this hotel, Grand Center Point, were the friendliest and most helpful I've encountered. They checked us in early and greeted us with refreshing drinks. the breakfast spread was the best I've had in Thailand.

The hotel location is very convenient next to BTS Skytrain and surrounded by embassies which made us feel safe. The staff was friendly, helpful and polite, making us feel welcomed. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice balcony, providing a good view. The high-tech toilet was great and appreciated the free water, soda, juice, and snacks in the room every day. we highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is incredibly convenient, right across from Ploen Chit station. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. I loved the daily replenishment of bottled water, nuts, and chips. The housekeeping was top-notch and the room was always squeaky clean. The hotel also provided Muslim prayer qibla, which was a thoughtful touch. The RarinJinda Wellness Spa on the 30th floor was a highlight, offering amazing treatments and delicious Mango Sticky Rice.

The room floor tiles were cold and not suitable for kids, plus the bathroom tiles and lights were unappealing to use. the hotel front desk staff were not welcoming, and I didn't receive the typical 'Thai smile' or a warm chat.
