Swimming pool was a godsend due to seaweed on the beaches. Access to a small beach through a beachfront restaurant connected to the hotel. Perfect location, nice and quiet. Spotless property with attentive staff. Always someone at the front desk. Regular landscaping and pool cleaning. Plenty of water and towels provided. Free bikes and beach towels available. Beautiful pool area and rooms. Comfortable beds and hammocks in the room. Lovely balcony with a view over the pool. Quiet at night. Very helpful staff. We had a fantastic stay at WishTulum! the location was perfect and it was wonderfully peaceful. the staff took great care of the property, keeping it immaculate, and there was always someone available at the front desk. We were impressed with the daily landscaping and pool cleaning, and our room was consistently clean with plenty of towels and water. the nearby restaurant was amazing, and overall, WishTulum offers excellent value for money. the only minor issues were slightly firm beds and occasionally noisy AC, but they didn't detract from our enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this place to all travelers heading to the area!

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Easter getaway. It was conveniently situated close to the beach and the town, making it easy to explore the area. We also loved that the hotel had a spa service, which offered a variety of treatments at reasonable prices. the staff at the spa, especially Ms. Roxana, were extremely helpful and provided excellent service.

One of the drawbacks of our stay was the cleanliness of the rooms. They could have been a bit cleaner.

Stayed at WishTulum for 4 nights on vacation. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. They allowed us to store our rental bikes inside the hotel. Convenient location, just a 15-minute walk to the main street. Free parking available in front of the hotel. Prices were reasonable and the outside area was well-maintained. Enjoyed the nice rooms and the swimming pool. The free bike rental was a great perk, although the $50 deposit per bike was a bit steep.

The complementary bikes were a great way to explore the surrounding area. the location was ideal with a supermarket nearby and a quick taxi ride to local restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful which made us feel welcomed.

The beds were slightly uncomfortable to sleep in after long days of exploring. the in-room safes required a physical key which was a hassle to carry around.

This hotel is a great value for money, with basic amenities like air conditioning, and jacuzzis in some rooms. Its beachfront location on the edge of town is perfect for those who want some peace and quiet away from the crowds.

The hotel itself had a unique character that added to the charm of our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by the peacefulness of the hotel, especially compared to other nearby hotels. The secure main gates provided a sense of safety and added peace of mind. our month-long stay at Wishtulum was truly fantastic, especially considering the well-appointed room we had for two people.

The view from our room, it wasn't the best. If you're staying longer, I would recommend paying extra for a room with a better view.
