We had a fantastic stay with the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The concierges were some of the most helpful and knowledgeable staff we have encountered. The hotel's location was perfect, being very close to designer boutiques and museums like L'orangerie, D'orsay, and Louvre. Additionally, it was right next to the flagship Chanel store. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered was excellent. The concierge even managed to find a bar that was still serving food at 3pm for us to watch a football game.

I loved the hotel's central location, it was really convenient and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The fact that it was within walking distance to the main museums was a huge plus for us. Another great aspect was the attentive service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. They were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like about the hotel. there was a strange smell in the air, which was a bit off-putting.

The location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by luxury brands like Chanel and Dior. I felt safe walking in the area alone. The concierge and bell boy were very friendly and helpful with my luggage and shopping bags. Despite a few moments of attitude from some front office staff, it didn't affect my overall experience.

The value for money was excellent, with a beautifully designed room and a prime location near luxury shopping stores. The staff treated me with great friendliness and went above and beyond to make my father's 60th birthday special.

More variety in breakfast choices would have made it even better.

Additionally, Galeries Lafayette and Champs Elysées are just a short five-minute walk away. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, adding to the overall fantastic experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Starhotels Collezione in Paris. The location couldn't have been better for shopping, with all the major stores just a short walk away. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bar and restaurant exceeded our expectations, with delicious meals and stiff drinks. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, even preparing coffee for my early morning runs. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
