The stay was delightful, and the hotel offered such

a charming atmosphere with unique decor and an attentive staff. We especially loved our breakfast experience in the lovely dining room, although service could have been a tad quicker. The hotel cat, Elliot, added a delightful touch that made our mornings even brighter.

The themed dinner nights were a delightful surprise! Only downside was the chocolate service was discontinued. Overall, a cozy and charming experience.

i was shocked by the lack of attention to detail, housekeeping was lax, and breakfast was an absolute disaster, stale bread and surly staff. i expected a complimentary gesture for being inconvenienced, but clearly, they think i’m just like everyone else. i truly almost gave a good review, but the small balcony and hard mattress made that impossible.

my previous stay in paris was nice, but this visit to starhotels collezione exceeded my expectations. the breakfast buffet was loaded with tasty options, with fresh croissants and coffee that really hit the spot. plus, the concierge team arranged tickets for the musee d’orsay, enhancing my trip completely.
