The location of this hotel is fantastic, just minutes away from the start of the iconic 7 mile bridge. And the views from the rooms are absolutely gorgeous, much better than what the pictures show. The property itself is well-maintained and the rooms are clean, spacious, and modern. I loved that my room had a large balcony with a great view of the water. The staff at this hotel is friendly and attentive, making sure every guest feels welcome. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, like the refrigerator and microwave, were very useful. And the breakfast offered at the hotel was decent, just like in most other places.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel is located in a beautiful spot with plenty of things to do and see around. It sits right on a sandy beach with a stone jetty, making it perfect for people who enjoy water activities. There are many good restaurants close by the property to choose from, ranging from casual to high-end. The rooms are well equipped with modern decor and comfortable beds. The infinity pool and hot tub, as well as the beautiful view, are some of the best things about the hotel.

One of the staff members seemed to misunderstand a guest's intentions with the towels, which created an uncomfortable situation.

The breakfast and lunch options were served with plastic cutlery, and the hotel was understaffed. There were also unexpected charges, such as a resort tax and a parking fee.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in Marathon for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the 7 mile bridge and offers stunning views of the ocean and property. The rooms are spacious and come with a nice-sized balcony. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and they even have a limited Starbucks menu. The two pools provided plenty of space for everyone, and the hotel staff was welcoming and friendly.

The pools had a strong smell due to seaweed, and the newer pool lacked a bar. Few people used it because of this.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a spacious patio that had a jacuzzi and a stunning bay view. The attention to detail was impressive, from the well-kept facilities to the friendly and helpful service. The location, right on the Gulf around a new marina area, was perfect for enjoying the water views and even taking a dip in the ocean. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and amenities provided. And to top it off, the breakfast was included in the daily rate and offered a delicious start to each day.
