During my stay at Chateau D'Urtubie, I had the pleasure of exploring the fascinating history of this ancient chateau. The owner, M de Coral, took the time to share captivating stories about his family's connection to the chateau since the 14th century. The large, well-furnished bedroom offered a beautiful view of the gardens, and the swimming pool provided a refreshing retreat. The host's personalized tips on local eateries and attractions made our visit even more memorable. I highly recommend this unique and enchanting hotel experience.

Our stay was unforgettable, as we experienced a unique and authentic historical vibe. We were impressed by the vast and well-kept gardens that surrounded the property. The guided tour by the owner, who comes from a long line of inhabitants, was a highlight. the local cuisine was exceptional and Laurent's recommendations were spot on.

The street next to the hotel was quite noisy and often busy. Sometimes it could be a bit disturbing when we tried to relax in some parts of the gardens or while dining outside.
