We stayed at this gorgeous chateau on our way back to the UK. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the food was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. The chateau's gardens and swimming pool were stunning, and the evening meal in the candlelit dining room was a sublime and unforgettable experience. We will definitely be returning.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful property set in extensive natural grounds. the Chateau De Saint Paterne in Saint-Paterne offers plenty of outdoor seating areas and children's play equipment, making it perfect for families. the staff were incredibly helpful, with a young lady even carrying our bags up to our room on the first floor. the decor in our suite was outstanding, with richly colored fabric wall coverings and beautiful furniture, including a luxurious four-poster bed. the dining room was spectacular, offering a delicious breakfast and dinner. the service, ambience, and amenities made us feel like we were staying in a private home.

Stayed at a magnificent chateau with a warm welcome and homely atmosphere. the owners and staff made us feel like royalty. the grounds were expansive with a massive garden, perfect for kids to play with swings, a trampoline, and a tree house. the swimming pool was also a great addition. the personal touch and true luxury of the chateau made it a perfect stop-off while travelling south, but it's also ideal for a longer stay. the cuisine was excellent, and the furniture and decorations gave a genuine sense of history.

One minor inconvenience is the inconsistent Wi-Fi connection in certain areas of the château due to its thick walls, but with so many other wonderful features, it's easy to overlook.

We enjoyed the charming decorations, festive ambiance and the warm hospitality of the staff. the location was convenient with easy access to nearby tourist attractions and picturesque views of the surrounding countryside. we loved the gourmet food and luxurious amenities, such as the spa and indoor swimming pool, which made it even more enjoyable.

Although the hotel was great, the only negative aspect we experienced was the limited options for outdoor activities during the winter season, which made it a bit quiet and not much to do apart from indoor activities. Nonetheless, we still had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it for those looking for a cozy and relaxing getaway during Christmas.
