I had a wonderful stay at Citizenm on my recent trip to Paris. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all of my needs were met. The location was perfect, with everything I wanted to see and do within close proximity. The hotel had a cool and modern vibe, which I really enjoyed. The rooftop terrace was a fantastic bonus, providing a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The food options were also excellent, especially for vegetarians like myself. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay here. This venue is located close to everything, making it easy to move around the city and see all the sights. The service was excellent and the room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a terrace, soundproofed rooms. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great places to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the leisure/TV room and free Wi-Fi were nice touches.

The staff, especially Ms. Mimie and Ms. Luana, were polite and super friendly. The rooms were small but comfortable and well designed. The shower was nice and the coffee was excellent. The view from the roof was splendid and the location was superb. The lobby was modern and the hotel offered a variety of amenities and activities, including karaoke and a casino.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in an incredible location. The value for money was great and the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The breakfast offerings could have been a bit more varied.

We stayed in a hotel located in an exceptional area. It is located between three walls, in front of Lafayette’s department store, and close to the metro. The room was modern and automated, with cool lighting that can be adjusted to different colors and brightness. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. The lobby was stylish and pleasant, and the breakfast was delicious. Moreover, the rooftop bar offered a breath-taking view of the sparkling Eiffel Tower every hour at night.

There was some issues with room temperature control, and we found it a bit chilly.

The location of the hotel was amazing, right in the middle of everything and felt very safe. The hotel was stunningly decorated with lots of seating areas and three different outside spaces, including a rooftop bar with a view! The staff were super friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. the food at the restaurant was very tasty and fresh.

The bed in the room was awkwardly placed so there was no way to get out of bed without jumping over the person sleeping next to you. , the breakfast lacked fresh vegetables, which was a bit disappointing.

Rooms didn't have bed protectors or a luggage rack, which made it difficult to keep things clean. No explanation on how to arrange room cleaning.
