During my stay here, I enjoyed the excellent service by the staff, who were always attentive to my needs. The location is great as it is close to downtown and there are shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a television.

The rooms were so comfy! We loved the soft bedding and all the pillow options. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the Miami heat, and the private bathroom was super convenient. It felt like a trendy, cozy haven for our family.

I personally found the desk a bit small for my liking.

Christmas decorations were nice and the complimentary hot cocoa and cookies were cozy. The location close to the highway made it easy to get around. Plus, having a coffee maker in the room was convenient.

The noise from the highway was pretty loud and made it difficult to sleep. The room itself was not very clean, with stained carpets and dirty sheets.

We had a comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Miami North I-95, An Ihg hotel. Although we encountered some slippery bathroom tiles, the hotel quickly addressed the issue and moved us to a cleaner room. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
