We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was fantastic, nestled in a nice area that felt safe and welcoming. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the room service to the dry cleaning services. We were impressed by the wide range of amenities available, including a restaurant and bar/lounge area, a fitness center, and an indoor swimming pool with a saltwater pool. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed, such as ironing facilities, a hairdryer, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception, which added to our convenience. our experience here was exceptional.

Honestly, all was more than ok during my stay!

During my recent stay at Courtyard, I was impressed with the sleek and modern design throughout the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, which made my week-long stay comfortable and convenient. I also enjoyed the large internet TV in the room, providing entertainment during my downtime.

Although I encountered a small issue with the shower drain, the hotel staff promptly resolved the problem and ensured that it did not happen again. The housekeeping team, particularly Elli, stood out with their exceptional attention to detail and their personal touch of leaving a note wishing me a good day.

We loved the room size at this hotel! It was very spacious for our family of 4 during our 6-night stay. The breakfast provided was good, and we particularly enjoyed the little circular booths with TVs, which made us feel right at home. The lobby area and outdoor spaces were also great, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. The pool was a nice bonus as well, always clean and never crowded. Additionally, the hotel's location was super close to everything we wanted to see in the Nashville area, with a convenient 25-minute drive to the sites, shops, and restaurants.

The facility and staff were great during my stay! the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I also loved the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated near the places I wanted to visit. Another advantage was the exceptional room service provided by Uncle Leroy at the bistro. He was friendly, accommodating, and made our dining experience enjoyable.

There were a couple of issues that affected my overall experience. the lack of attention to detail in room maintenance was disappointing.
