What a jol! The staff were super friendly, especially Uncle Leroy—such a legend! The room was lekker clean, and we loved how close it was to shops. Felt like a real family vibe, just with a bit of hustle and bustle.

Only downer was the heated pool—it was a bit chilly for us, so we skipped the swim.

but the clean room was a big plus,, and the staff were super friendly, especially the bartender guy. i loved having all those usb outlets in the room too!

The drainage in showers needs serious attention since multiple guests reported problems!!! Housekeeping could be more consistent. bedding should be fresher!!! Also, a hot tub would improve the pool experience considerably!!!

Uncle Leroy was an absolute gem at the bar, making every evening delightful! The modern all-glass walk-in shower in my room felt luxurious and refreshing. I also appreciated the convenience of the onsite bistro for quick meals, truly a lifesaver after a busy day!

the tv system was slow for streaming.

the hotel has a great gym with lots of equipment. the shower pressure was weak.
