As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the modern facilities and amenities at Laz' Hotel Spa Urbain. The staff spoke multiple languages and were always happy to help. The rooms were well laid out and cleaned daily. The location was also great, with easy access to Saint Lazare place.

Lovely boutique style hotel with well-equipped rooms and a fabulous bathroom. The staff were amazing and provided excellent customer service, offering great suggestions for places to visit and eat during our stay. We loved having a coffee maker in our room. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the facilities and amenities that catered to our dietary preferences.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center, very close to an underground station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms have a modern and hip feel, with a clean and bright atmosphere. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. Additionally, there is a nice pool and spa area available for guests to relax and unwind.

Some showers in the rooms had issues with leaking, which made the bathroom floor wet and inconvenient.

The festive decorations were lovely and made our Christmas stay very enjoyable. We received delicious complimentary hot chocolate and cookies upon arrival, adding a warm welcome touch. the location was perfect, with convenient access to public transportation and several nearby shops. We also appreciated the gym facilities, which were equipped with modern equipment and a good range of weights.

the staff were not as helpful and friendly as we had hoped, and the service could have been better overall. Nevertheless, the hotel was still a great base for exploring the city and had several enjoyable features.

Es war toll, hier zu bleiben! Die besten Aspekte waren die Sauberkeit, die tollen Hotelanlagen, der kostenlose Parkplatz und die gute Verkehrsanbindung. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe des Zentrums, was sehr praktisch war. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal äußerst freundlich.
