Convenient location near town, castle, and airport. Modern, clean bathroom with a fabulous bath. Friendly staff and a lovely garden with a view of the river and castle. Nice pool with good service, though they made a room error.

I had a fantastic stay at Sowell Hotel Du Roi Spa. The location was incredible, with stunning views of the walled city. The room was comfortable and modern, and I loved the view from my window. The bar was reasonably priced and the facilities were well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, making it easy to explore the Old Town and enjoy the local restaurants. The room had a nice view, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were attentive, especially Eva and Ferdaouss at reception. The hotel also provided facilities such as a sauna to relax in after a long day of sightseeing.

The parking arrangements were confusing, and there was no valet service available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with its impeccable cleanliness, excellent hotel facilities, and convenient location to lower Carcassonne and the station. The pool was a great addition to relax in. Very close to good restaurants in the Ville Basse.

Enjoyed our Xmas break in the hotel. Room had a great view of the city and was very comfortable. Location was perfect, within walking distance of the castle and old town. There was also a nice back garden to relax in.

Spa was underwhelming and not worth the additional charge. the room service wasn't available until 7pm and we heard some loud noise from the room above us.

The hotel offers amazing facilities and views, with a balcony overlooking the medieval city and river. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming, assisting in arranging restaurant reservations on busy nights. Free bike hire is available for one hour, adding to the convenience for trekkers and friends. The room includes a fridge with complimentary water and juice, making it easy to store traveling food.

Felt right at home here, couldn't ask for more.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. the staff were incredibly accommodating and welcomed us warmly. the room was beautifully decorated with exclusive amenities and a large bathtub with a rain shower. We enjoyed free water and coffees to keep us hydrated.

The only minor issue we encountered was the pool having too much chlorine, making it difficult to use. this was a small inconvenience compared to the overall wonderful experience that this hotel provided.

The spacious room had a lovely bath, nice shower, and a comfortable bed. The breakfast selection was amazing, and the pool was a great place to relax. Plus, the hotel provided extra perks like free cookies, spa discounts, and a well-stocked minibar. I have stayed here before and it is definitely worth the price.
