We had a very comfortable stay in a centrally located hotel surrounded by numerous restaurants. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including a pleasant 50-minute stroll along the river to the Eiffel Tower. The metro station was just a couple of minutes away, although we were informed that line 4 is closed weeknights from 22.15 due to refurbishment. The staff at the hotel were excellent, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was varied and delicious. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated on a quiet street but still close to many great restaurants. Additionally, it was just a short walk to the St Michel metro station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. I loved that it was within walking distance of some of the main tourist attractions, allowing me to easily experience the beauty of this city.

The location near the Luxembourg Gardens was perfect and the quiet street lined with bookstores and bistros created a cozy atmosphere. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. the rooms, although small, were comfortable and the beds were especially cozy. We found the hotel to be clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. it was a great value and we would happily return.

I recently stayed at the charming Grand Hotel Des Balcons in the beautiful St Germain area. The location was perfect - a quiet street yet just a short walk to the Odeon metro station. The hotel itself was exceptionally well kept and had a lovely, period Parisian charm with art nouveau mirrors and painted windows. The staff were incredibly friendly and there was always a helpful face at reception. I loved exploring the streets of St Germain and discovering great options for food and drink nearby.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from Jardin du Luxembourg and close to restaurants and the metro. The staff is welcoming and helpful, and the hotel and rooms are clean. The view from the top storey garret and the balcony is lovely.

Front desk receptionists could have been more welcoming and helpful in providing directions and suggestions for nearby places to visit.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful and spacious triple room with cute balconies. the bathroom was big and the location, very close to a metro stop and within walking distance of the Louvre, was perfect. the staff at Grand Hotel Des Balcons were incredibly nice, swift, and helpful with any requests we had. They made our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely consider it for our next trip. Thanks to all the staff for their perfect service!

Great location, close to many famous landmarks and easy access to public transportation. The room had a nice view and was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

Outdated hotel with no coffee, tea, or water in the room. The requirement to leave the keys at the reception every time you go out and retrieve them later can be inconvenient.

The Grand Hotel Des Balcons offers great value for your money with a lovely room and spacious bathroom. The location is perfect, close to the Luxembourg Gardens and with easy access to the metro. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, making our stay even better.

For breakfast choices, it would be nice to have a wider variety of options available.

The staff here make your stay pleasurable, and the hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens. The rooms are kept clean every day, and the wifi is amazing with a backup option. The elevator, though small, does the job. a really pleasant experience and I would absolutely stay here again.

The best aspects were the cleanliness, convenient location close to cafes in the Latin Quarter and transportation, and the excellent breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

No fridge, no iron, had to leave key at the front desk.
