The hotel has a great location in the heart of a beautiful historic district, surrounded by stunning architecture and picturesque streets. The rooms are tastefully decorated with real paintings, adding a touch of elegance to the stay. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service, making sure that guests feel welcome and taken care of. Additionally, the hotel offers breakfast included in the price, providing a convenient and enjoyable start to the day.

The only small issue was an excess of furniture in the room, which made it feel a bit crowded.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming historic inn. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing me with information about the area and making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Yale and the city center. The unique atmosphere of the hotel, surrounded by other period homes, added to the overall charm of my stay. Despite a few minor imperfections, such as tatty curtains and an old bathroom, the overall cleanliness was acceptable. I didn't mind the dust and slight wear and tear considering the character of the place. The pricing was reasonable considering the location and the historical significance of the mansion. Although there were no breakfast facilities, there was a kettle and instant coffee provided in the room. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for those looking for a unique experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this historic mansion. The owner was incredibly kind and proud of his house. The room was beautifully decorated with real paintings and the four-poster bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is located in a neighborhood of beautiful houses right next to Little Italy and within walking distance to wonderful restaurants. I also appreciated the free and easy street parking.

It was all superb.
