The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities were satisfactory. The room I stayed in, although small, was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is in a great location, just off the main shopping street and next to a tram station. It's very convenient for getting around the city and catching the tram for the airport. The rooms have been recently refurbished with basic amenities, even though some of them have no window or just an evacuation ladder view. Plus, the air conditioning works well, which is a must during hot summer days. The breakfast may not be included, but the coffee served is of excellent quality.

Enjoyed my stay in a great location. the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and offered us complimentary drinks upon arrival. We were pleased to be situated within walking distance of the beach and local shops. One of our favorite aspects of this hotel was the comfortable bed and nice shower.

While the bathroom was small, it was typical for the area. Unfortunately, our room was located directly next to the elevator, which did cause some noise disturbances.
