During my Christmas stay, I found the hotel to be conveniently located near shops and eateries, making it easy to grab a meal or do some shopping. the staff was also very friendly and professional, making me feel welcome during my stay. Additionally, the hotel environment was extremely clean, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I was not satisfied with. I found the room to have a noticeable odor, which was quite unpleasant.

The updated facilities and new carpets added a touch of elegance to the rooms. The decor was very pleasing and created a relaxing atmosphere. The clean areas and well-maintained yard and gardens were impressive. The staff was professional, friendly, and always had a smile on their faces. The safe and secure parking and good coffee were added bonuses. The pool even had disability access.

The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and professional, and Patty makes guests feel at home. The property grounds are very well kept.
