Nothing not to like.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Zermatt. the staff were incredible - so attentive and helpful. They even went out of their way to accommodate my request for a room with a view of the Matterhorn. The room was cozy but had everything I needed, including a seemingly new bathroom with modern amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to restaurants. And let's not forget the breakfast - included in our rate and served with a wonderful view of Zermatt. great value for money and a memorable experience.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - just a short walk from the main train station and the Sunnegga funicular. Our room had an excellent view of the beautiful Matterhorn, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The breakfast buffet was superb, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We also appreciated the convenience of having a water boiler in the room, especially during the cold weather. I had a wonderful stay at Parnass and would highly recommend it.

The hotel has rooms with the most amazing view of the Matterhorn, and even has a terrace where you can enjoy incredible views while sipping your morning coffee. The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the center of town and close to the Sunnegga cable car. The staff are super friendly and provide invaluable tips on skiing. Also, breakfast is included in the rate and is served with a view straight to the Matterhorn.

We had a perfect stay for 2 nights at this hotel. The recently renovated facilities were clean and modern, and the room upgrade with a Matterhorn view and balcony was definitely worth it. The location was excellent, close to the center of town and within walking distance of the train station and popular tourist spots. The staff treated us like family and were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was excellent and not crowded at all.

There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel.

The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with recently redone bathrooms that were excellent. the view from the hotel was magnificent, and the location was great, close to the town center, Sunnega station, and the bus stop for easy access to other attractions. the warm hospitality provided by the owner and her team made our stay enjoyable.

Our first room was small with a tiny bathroom, and being next to the elevator made it a bit noisy. However, when we mentioned this to the staff, they offered us an alternative room, which was much better.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 5-6 minute walk from the train station. My room on the 4th floor had a balcony with a stunning view of the Matterhorn. The comfortable bed and brand new modern bathroom with high-end fixtures exceeded my expectations. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel like a welcomed part of their family. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall value for the experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for your future visit to Zermatt.

The room with a stunning view of the Matterhorn was absolutely breathtaking. I couldn't get enough of waking up to such an incredible sight. The balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and take in the beauty of the mountains. The modern bathroom was a nice touch and everything was spotlessly clean. I also appreciated the convenience of the ski and boot room in the basement, as well as the option to shower on the day of departure.

Although the breakfast could use a bit more variety, it was still satisfying. I enjoyed the selection of cereals, pastries, eggs, meats, and cheeses.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the river, providing a soothing ambiance with the sound of flowing water at night. The proximity to the bridge on Kirchstrasse makes it easy to explore the town center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent storage space and a large desk. The bathroom is recently renovated and offers a wonderful shower. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast options are plentiful, with a variety of choices to satisfy any appetite. The hotel even offers a lovely view of the Matterhorn from the breakfast room, adding to the overall experience.

The only drawback is that the pillows could be more supportive, as they felt a bit too low, affecting the overall comfort of the bed.

We loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of this gem in the heart of the mountains. The location was perfect, being on the edge of the main part of town and easy to reach from the train station. The view of the Matterhorn from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, providing great recommendations for things to do and see. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. as young travelers, we appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent amenities at this hotel.

The only downside we experienced at Hotel Parnass was that we felt completely at home and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The hotel had a great breakfast spread and offered complimentary clean towels. Its location was very central and offered amazing views of the mountains. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room felt slightly cramped, particularly the bathroom. the hotel did not offer lunch and had limited dinner options that required advance reservations.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Parnass in Zermatt. The staff was extremely friendly, providing us with valuable tips on skiing and making us feel like we had our own private resort. The location was perfect, with a ski bus right outside and Sunnega just a short 5-minute walk away. The food was excellent, and the bathroom was superbly finished. The comfortable and clean bedroom, although not as luxurious as the bathroom, met all our needs.
