We had a power outage during our stay and the hotel staff promptly fixed it, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is perfect for easy travel to nearby Calais. The rooms were comfortable and the food at the restaurant was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel Bal Tournehem is located just 20 minutes south of Calais, making it an ideal stopover for those travelling home via the Eurotunnel. The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, with modern and fresh bathrooms, including a great shower. The staff provides a nice cheery welcome and the outdoor seating area in front of the hotel is a perfect spot to enjoy the afternoon/evening sun.

The breakfast served at the hotel is unfortunately served too late for those with early crossings.

After a long day of driving, we were excited to finally rest at Hotel Bal. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept soundly through the night. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food served in the restaurant, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel's location was perfect for our early morning departure, as it was a short drive to the tunnel. we had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bal and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

It was great to be so close to the motorway and the Eurotunnel, which made getting around easy. We also enjoyed the restaurant, the food was delicious and the waiting staff were attentive.

The soundproofing of the walls in the room was poor, making it difficult to sleep with the noise of other guests. There were also issues with the heating, with the room being too cold at times.
