I recently stayed at a hotel in Secaucus and had a wonderful experience at Hilton Garden. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, providing us with a parking pass for their convenient onsite parking garage. They even allowed us to check in late, keeping our room available for our late return from NYC. They provided us with helpful resources, including a map of the city and detailed instructions on taking the bus to and from the city. Our room was spacious and cozy, with a large, comfortable bed. The customer service was excellent, as they promptly delivered an extra blanket upon request.

I must say, our stay at the Hilton Garden was worth every penny! The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and lovely sheets. The location was convenient, with easy access to buses for exploring the city. But what truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional staff. From Nyron and David who went above and beyond to assist us with navigating the city, to the overall friendly and welcoming atmosphere, we felt like part of the family.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more attentive staff.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden in Secaucus for a quick trip to New York. The staff was friendly, allowing us an early check-in. The hotel was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. The location was great, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The short walk to catch a NJ Transit Bus to NY Port Authority was convenient and affordable. The ride was quick and the buses ran frequently. a perfect landing spot for our trip.

This hotel is a great option for those looking for a convenient location to explore New York City. Although the local area can be a bit tricky to drive in, the bus stop is just a short walk away and will take you straight to Times Square. Rooms are clean and well-sized with great water pressure in the shower. The friendly staff are always available to help and even offer a complimentary breakfast.

The hotel could improve their policies on changing towels daily, but overall this is a minor issue compared to the many positives this hotel has to offer.

The traffic in the area can be quite hectic, especially when entering and exiting the hotel due to its location on a service road. Furthermore, the lack of a shuttle service to and from Newark airport resulted in a costly taxi ride of $50 each way.

We loved the location, a quick bus ride into NYC. The front desk staff kindly gave us breakfast vouchers, making our stay extra special. Clean and comfortable rooms, with a gym available. we highly recommend Hilton Garden for your next trip.
