The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The valet parking service was a great convenience, eliminating the hassle of finding a parking spot. The room itself was well-maintained and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. Plus, the hotel's location was ideal, situated in a charming and historic area.

While overall our stay was enjoyable, there were a few minor issues that should not occur in a high-quality hotel. Our luggage was mistakenly delivered with an extra bag that wasn't ours, which was a small oversight.

The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and good quality bedding. we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

As women travelling alone, we loved the location in the heart of the city near historical sights. The upgraded room was beautiful, with a comfy bed, silent atmosphere, and a lovely bathroom. The pool and bar area were stunning and we enjoyed spending time there.
