The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was just off the main square. We were able to easily explore the town and enjoy the shops and eateries nearby. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchenette and a separate lounge area. The bathroom was also impressive, with big tubes of shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries in the shower. The staff provided great service and were very friendly. The continental breakfast at the restaurant was good and we enjoyed a formal dinner there, where we even had the option of Chromecasting.

The ongoing issue of grainy reception on the Sky channels was a downside, as it affected our viewing experience.

Had tea, drinking chocolate, and coffee included in the room, and a nice pool and gym available. the location was great, as it was easy to walk to the town center. It was affordable, and we got a free Kiwi plush toy in the room, which was a nice touch.

The hotel needed some major upgrades. There were no recycling bins in the room and no face wash and moisturizer available.

We stayed two nights at this exclusive hotel during our wine tour. the spacious rooms were luxurious with premium amenities such as bathtub, bathrobe, and slippers. the spa and wellness center offered a full body massage and a range of beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool had sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the restaurant had an outdoor dining area and a wide variety of special diet menus as I am a vegan.

The hotel mentioned a pillow menu but our pillows weren't personalized, and some were a bit too soft for our liking. the hotel lived up to its 5, star rating and we enjoyed the exclusive facilities, amenities, and wonderful service.
