uncomfortable bed

The staff at Hotel De Neuve By Happyculture were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They went out of their way to ensure that all guests felt welcome and comfortable. One specific incident stands out to me - when I had an issue with the lights in my room, I mentioned it to the staff and they immediately took action to resolve the problem. They were prompt and efficient in fixing the lights, allowing me to have a comfortable and well-lit room for the rest of my stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to all of downtown Paris. The staff goes above and beyond to help guests and provide excellent service. Additionally, the fresh fruit market across the street is a convenient option for breakfast.

The rooms are extremely small, even by Parisian standards.

The complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice, unexpected bonus. the location was perfect - great dining options nearby and convenient access to transportation. Another advantage was the comfortable bed and pillows.

The room was worn and dated. the carpet and chairs needed to be updated.

I recently stayed at Hotel De Neuve and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with a great view of the Eiffel Tower from my top floor room. The staff were friendly and always helpful. I loved the all day coffee and macaroons, a lovely treat after a day of exploring. The hotel is in a prime location, close to many attractions and with easy access to the metro. It's definitely my top choice when visiting.

I love that they offer complimentary beverages in the lobby, such as coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and water. Plus, the option to add breakfast to your stay is a convenient bonus. The small, beautifully decorated rooms in the tall old building make the most of the space, ensuring a comfortable and cozy stay.
