I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me during my time in this city. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Avenue des ChampsÉlysées and many restaurants offering various cuisines. Everything was close by, making it convenient to explore the major landmarks and attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch.

I recently stayed at De Sers Champs Elysees for a shopping trip. The location was excellent, close to the shopping area. The staff was attentive, professional, and very helpful with all of our needs. The accommodations were wonderful, and the breakfast was amazing. The room size was good, the bed was great, and there was excellent sound insulation. Everything was clean and tidy.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me and my partner during our time in the city. The hotel's location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the north of the Champs Elysees, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, yet still close to two metro stations, allowing for easy transportation. The room we stayed in, an executive room, was very clean and had a beautiful balcony area. The bed was also extremely comfortable, providing us with the best night's sleep we've had in years. I was delighted with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a great location. Everything was nearby, so there was no need for a car. Additionally, the staff at the reception desk was friendly and helpful.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the front desk manager did not offer any compensation or attempt to resolve the situation.

This made it convenient for us to explore the city, including the famous Champs Elysees. we found the hotel facilities and transportation options to be top-notch.
