We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was in the heart of the action, close to public transport and fantastic restaurants. We started our day with a delicious breakfast buffet that offered both Western and Asian options. The pillows were heavenly, allowing us to have a great night's sleep every night. Plus, the staff was so friendly and accommodating - they even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine for our romantic getaway.

The size of the room. While expected in Japan, it was still a bit cramped and there was some noise from the neighboring rooms.
