Our recent stay at Hotel Des Arts was quite enjoyable. The location was superb, allowing us to easily explore the vibrant city center of Toulouse. The staff at the hotel were friendly and always ready to assist. The unique themes of the rooms added an interesting touch to our experience.

While there were a few drawbacks, such as the need for some refurbishment and the lack of certain amenities, overall we had a positive experience. The central location, helpful staff, and unique rooms made our stay at Hotel Des Arts a memorable one.

The small room was surprisingly functional and comfortable, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally personable, going above and beyond to assist me in retrieving a lost item from a nearby location. the hotel provided a comfortable and stylish stay, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with day and nightlife activities, museums, and restaurants right on its doorstep. The staff at this hotel were really lovely, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Despite being a small boutique hotel, the rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a bathtub for relaxation. The value for money at this hotel is excellent, offering brilliant prices compared to other places I've stayed in Europe.

The hotel is right in the centre of the old town, making it a perfect location for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and nice toiletries provided. The staff are friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast, though a bit expensive, is delicious and there is plenty of it.

The air conditioning in some rooms can be inefficient, making it a bit uncomfortable during hot weather.

Great location for all the main sites and business district. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Loved the fact that the morning coffee was perfect and there was always enough hot water in the shower. The Wi-Fi was easy to connect and download files. I was pleased with the bonus of a small gym that enabled me to keep fit during my stay.

The airco unit was not working, the kettle plug was broken and the iron leaked water all over my shirt. The breakfast buffet was limited, seemed expensive for what was on offer and the coffee was burnt, it tasted awful.
