The hotel had clean rooms and good spa and pool facilities. the breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with just a short walk to the lake and beautiful views of the vineyard and mountains from the balcony.

The hotel lacked charm and character in its design. the evening degustation menu was disappointing, as it was not as good as expected and felt ordinary.

The breakfast buffet was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel also had bicycles available for guests to borrow, which was a nice added touch.

The bathroom in our room was quite small, which was a bit disappointing.

Conveniently located 10 minute walk from the city centre. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Excellent spa facilities, including indoor saltwater swimming pool. Beautiful outdoor pool, terrace and views of the countryside. Well-appointed junior suite with all necessary amenities.

Beautiful pool area, always had available sunbeds and natural shade if needed. Immaculate hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Convenient location, just a short stroll away from the town center of Riva del Garda. the restaurant offered a variety of delicious food options for each course. Helpful and friendly restaurant staff provided professional service. Wine tasting evening was enjoyable and hosted by a wonderful bar manager.

The pool was a great spot to relax and unwind. The location, just a 10-minute walk from the center and the beach, was perfect for us as bike riders. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised by the breathtaking location of Villa Nicolli. The views of the vineyard at the back were simply stunning. The food was a delight, offering a taste of different regions of Italy each night. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. The well-furnished rooms were kept immaculately clean. The outdoor pool was fantastic for the whole family to enjoy. Additionally, the sumptuous breakfast and numerous dinner courses left us completely satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The spa services and massages were super relaxing, and the indoor pool was well kept. We really appreciated the free breakfast and all-day coffee available in the lobby. the hotel's location near the lake and restaurants was very convenient.

The music played at the pool was too loud and obnoxious, and it seemed to be on repeat throughout the day. the room we were assigned had a terrible view and was not well insulated, so we could hear the street noise and other guests in the hallway.
