Lovely Hotel.

We had a very comfortable stay in a spacious and clean room. The bathroom was well equipped, although the shower head lacked a rail.

Great location in a charming town with convenient onsite parking. The breakfast, with a variety of fresh fruit, juice, and tea, was a delightful start to the day. Our room was comfortable and the air conditioning was a lifesaver. The service provided by the assistant at check-in and during breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again.

This hotel in the heart of beautiful Honfleur is an ideal place to explore the town. With its central location, we were able to easily walk to the old harbor and enjoy the local sights and sounds. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms had character, and we loved the attention to detail, particularly the grand bathroom and the view overlooking the lovely garden.

The breakfast options were a bit limited, with no hot food other than a 'DIY' boiled egg system.

Our recent stay at L'Ecrin was absolutely wonderful. The main property exuded luxury and grandeur, with its stunning baroque style. We were delighted with our room, which although not elaborately decorated, was still charming and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally nice and went out of their way to assist us. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling Vieux Bassin. We also appreciated the convenience of onsite parking. Although we didn't have a chance to try the spa facilities, the heated outdoor pool was a highlight. we had such a fantastic experience that we are already planning to return.

While the hotel is generally well-maintained, there are a few areas that would benefit from some attention, such as the tired furnishings and the need for better bedside reading lights. Additionally, the lack of safety handles in the bathroom and the impractical shower setup were a bit disappointing.

We stumbled upon this gem of a hotel while searching for accommodations nearby. The manager's assistance was invaluable, and the typically French charm made us extend our stay by two nights. The hotel's secure off-street parking was a major plus, and its location just a few steps from the town and harbor was perfect. The staff, particularly Nam, went above and beyond, displaying exceptional kindness, efficiency, and a customer-oriented approach. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our 1700 km journey across France, this was by far our favorite due to its elegance, convenient location, and the beauty of Honfleur. We have nothing to complain about, except our desire to have stayed longer!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very efficient, friendly, and professional. The room was lovely and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. The hotel facilities, including the pool and solarium, were magnificent, and the beautiful gardens added to the tranquil atmosphere. The breakfast room was truly unique and worth the time. We also appreciated the free parking and wifi. The hotel's location, away from the bustling streets of the city, provided a peaceful setting. It was just a few minutes' walk to the city center and the port, which made exploring this beautiful city very convenient.

For the price we paid, Hotel L'Ecrin was an incredible value. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the gardens and hillsides. The staff greeted us warmly and made us the best coffee we've ever had. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the center of town.

The hotel breakfast menu could use a little improvement, perhaps with a wider selection of options.
