The hotel staff were mind-blowingly great, always super helpful. The hotel was very clean and had a jaw-dropping ambiance. The fab indoor pool was a great addition, and the housekeeping touches were a nice touch. We really felt like they cared about our comfort. The location was ideal for access to the pistes, and the internal decor was clean and updated. The rooms were well appointed, although a bit expensive for a four-star hotel. The sommelier was excellent and proposed good value wines. The breakfast was very good, although with a quirky layout. The ski services were very professional. it was a super stay for a 2-week skiing holiday!

The hotel is in a great position, just a short walk from the lifts and ski school meeting places. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and stylish, with a nice view of the slopes. The spa and pool area were lovely, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of hot and cold foods.

Some guests experienced issues with the music being too loud in the spa.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From little touches like providing complimentary liquor and cake upon my arrival, to fulfilling special requests such as obtaining my favorite newspaper and giving me a room with a bath, their attention to detail was impeccable. The multilingual ability of the staff was also incredibly helpful.
